There is no lack of passion in the US military, and the United States Marine Corps is no exception. To get the most from our service members, our bureaucratic institutions must be flexible and relevant enough to harness, and not stymie, that passion.

In this talk, John Schreiner, Marine Corps Cyberspace Officer, will talk about how Task Force Phoenix worked to deliver capabilities at the speed of relevance, rather than being tied to traditional delivery structures.
